Kuleana Health was a Community First Hawaiʻi Project that ran from 2021-2023. During the two year grant period, Kuleana Health increased health literacy and access to healthcare across Hawaiʻi Island, with a focus on listening to and meeting the needs of our island’s underserved communities.
