Self-check time: It's okay, to not be okay.
Not everyones' days may be merry and bright around the holiday season. We don’t need to force ourselves to be happy and it’s good to acknowledge when our feelings aren’t joyful - you are not alone in feeling this way.
Avoid alcohol or other substances, which can worsen anxiety and depression.
If possible, surround yourself with others that can relate to you and take the opportunity to celebrate your traditions or create new ones to enjoy.
