❤ GET ENOUGH SLEEP - Try for seven to nine hours of sleep every night. Too little or too much can negatively impact heart health.
❤ SAY NO TO SMOKING - Smoking—with all of its negative side effects—is also detrimental to heart health and is the cause of many diseases.
