Make family time healthy for everyone!
We get it, sometimes making time when you have keiki and family to care for makes getting active seem like an IMPOSSIBLE task!
Make it a win-win, and encourage the entire ‘ohana to get active together.
🚲 Take the keiki to ride bike at the park and run alongside them.
🏅 Encourage keiki to try a new sport, and take the “practice time” to walk around the field.
🏖 Make a beach day active by snorkeling, paddle boarding or surfing!
👟 Dress the family! Make sure everyone is dressed in comfortable clothes and in sneakers, so you’re ready and more inclined to get active throughout the day.
