As the days get shorter and the holidays roll in, it can get harder to stay active.

Here's some ways to get started or stay motivated:

✅ MAKE IT FUN: Exercise by doing something you enjoy!

✅ START SMALL: Don't start off by running a marathon.

✅ BUDDY SYSTEM: Find a partner.

✅ PICK A GOAL: Be specific and realistic.

✅ SCHEDULE IT: Try not to go more than 2 days in a row without being active.
